  • Once you upload your audio/video file or select a preset Job Profile, the Smart Formatting popup menu will appear. From there, you can select your text formatting options.

  • Absolutely! You can do this through the Advanced Transcript Request form in Claudio. From there, you can specify the workflow you desire depending on your industry, as well as upload any source documents that you want to extract data from.

  • We uphold a very strict privacy policy for all of our clients. In fact, most of the transcripts Claudio processes involves sensitive information, so our team has plenty of experience with this. You can also specify to have your audio file immediately deleted after processing the request.
